The Port of Rotterdam has implemented a mobile shore power system at its cruise terminal to reduce emissions and noise pollution from docked ships. The iMSPO Cruise system allows ships to connect to shore power, eliminating the need for diesel engines
to run while in port. This system is designed to be flexible and efficient, accommodating various ship sizes and docking positions. The installation is part of Rotterdam's broader efforts to enhance sustainability and improve air quality in the city.
