A 23-year-old man, Pacific Sibomana, drowned in the Piscataquog River in Manchester, New Hampshire. The incident occurred when Sibomana, who was walking along the river trail with a friend, decided to swim alone. He encountered difficulties in the water,
prompting his friend and local firefighters to pull him to shore. Despite being transported to a local hospital and then to a regional hospital, Sibomana was pronounced dead the following morning. The New Hampshire State Police are investigating the incident, although they do not suspect foul play. The investigation is being supported by the Manchester police and fire departments, as well as the New Hampshire Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.
