Illinois State Police reported a fatal accident on the Interstate 57 northbound ramp to 147th Street in Harvey, Illinois. The incident occurred on Sunday when a driver, identified as Lamar J. Lee, 38,
from Chicago’s South Side, was ejected from his vehicle after it struck a wall. The Cook County medical examiner's office confirmed that Lee died at the scene from multiple blunt force injuries.
