What's Happening?
Williamson County Schools have made their lunch and breakfast menus available online for the 2026-27 school year. The menus, which cover all grade levels, are accessible on the WCS website. The school year begins with a half-day on August 10, with meal
services starting on August 11. Breakfast and lunch prices are set at $2.75 and $3.75, respectively. Families can use MySchoolBucks to manage meal payments, and applications for Free and Reduced-Price Meals are encouraged to be submitted early to avoid interruptions in benefits.
Why It's Important?
The availability of online menus is a step towards enhancing convenience and accessibility for families, allowing them to plan meals and manage payments efficiently. This initiative reflects the district's commitment to leveraging technology to improve service delivery and communication with parents. By providing detailed information about meal options and pricing, the district supports informed decision-making for families. Additionally, the emphasis on early submission of meal benefit applications ensures that eligible students continue to receive necessary support without disruption, highlighting the district's focus on student welfare.
