A gastrointestinal illness outbreak has affected more than 25 people aboard the Regent Seven Seas Cruises' Seven Seas Mariner. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reported that 21 guests and six crew members experienced symptoms, primarily
diarrhea. The cause of the outbreak remains unknown. The cruise, which sailed from Miami to Honolulu, implemented enhanced cleaning and isolation measures to contain the illness.
