BYU football players have earned three Big 12 weekly awards following their decisive win over TCU. Bear Bachmeier was named Co-Offensive Player of the Week, having completed 23 of 33 passes for 296 yards
and a touchdown, along with 59 rushing yards and a rushing touchdown. Kicker Will Ferrin was recognized as Co-Special Teams Player of the Week, maintaining a perfect streak of 39 straight extra point attempts. The Cougars' defensive line was also honored, having sacked TCU's quarterback three times and recorded six tackles for loss.
