The design of the resort is being crafted by three Pritzker Prize-winning architects, who are currently engaged in a conceptual design competition. The property will offer a variety of amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools, two restaurants, a lobby bar, a pool bar, and a spa with four treatment rooms. Additionally, the resort will include a fitness center, meeting spaces, and access to a championship golf course, which will be redesigned by Robert Trent Jones Jr. to incorporate modern and sustainable elements.
