What's Happening?
Russian forces have intensified their drone and missile attacks on Ukraine, launching 121 drones, including Shahed-type drones, from various directions. Ukrainian forces managed to down 90 of these drones, but
31 struck 19 locations, causing damage to civilian and residential infrastructure in regions such as Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, and Odesa. The attacks also included ballistic missiles and glide bombs, injuring civilians and damaging infrastructure. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky reported that over 150 Russian drones have been downed since October 2025. Ukrainian forces continue to target Russian defense infrastructure, including a petrochemical plant in Stavropol Krai.
