Richard E. Moore, a long-time resident of Fisher, Illinois, passed away on January 2, 2026, at the age of 75. Moore, who was born in Cameron, Missouri, and later moved to central Illinois, was a graduate
of Tolono High School. He married Sandra Thomas in 1973 and is survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, and a great-grandson. A private family service and burial were held in accordance with his wishes. Memorial contributions in his memory are encouraged to be made to the Champaign County Humane Society.
