Tracy Touzalin, a former employee of the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT), has been charged with embezzling over $33,000. According to Attorney General Dave Sunday, Touzalin, who worked as a Roadway Programs Technician, allegedly overcharged
her department-issued credit card by creating fraudulent purchase orders for janitorial services. The investigation revealed that between June 2023 and March 2025, she charged $57,920 to PennDOT, of which only $24,470 was legitimately paid to service providers. The remaining $33,450 was reportedly deposited into her personal bank account. Touzalin has been charged with felony theft by deception and related offenses.
