Scape Scotland has announced a new framework agreement aimed at providing architecture, engineering, and development management services across Scotland. This six-year framework is designed to assist public
sector bodies in procuring consultancy support for various projects, including infrastructure, real estate development, environmental, and energy initiatives. The framework is divided into two lots, each focusing on different aspects of consultancy services. One supplier will be appointed per lot to deliver the majority of services, supported by supply chain partners. Scape Scotland, based in Edinburgh, is a public sector-owned procurement organization that facilitates construction and consultancy frameworks for government, local authorities, and public institutions. The framework aims to foster collaboration between public sector clients and their partners to deliver high-quality, efficient, and sustainable projects.

The final tender invitation is expected in March 2026. This timeline indicates that public sector organizations will soon have access to enhanced consultancy services, potentially leading to the commencement of new projects across Scotland.
