virtual sessions, and PEBC On-demand, providing a self-paced pathway with interactive exercises. The program is designed to equip early-career professionals with foundational knowledge that supports long-term success. John Howard, chair of the council's board of directors, emphasizes the need for creativity, collaboration, and leadership to elevate the brokerage profession and support career advancement within member firms.
