Socure and NextgenID have formed a strategic partnership to integrate Socure's AI-powered digital identity intelligence with NextgenID's Identity Assurance Level 3 (IAL3)-certified identity proofing and credentialing. This collaboration aims to provide
a comprehensive solution for verifying identities, particularly for federal entities and regulated enterprises that require the highest level of identity assurance. NextgenID's PresenceID Network offers supervised biometric capture on tamper-resistant hardware, which is crucial for achieving IAL3 certification, the highest tier of identity assurance as defined by NIST SP 800-63-4. The partnership will enable federal entities to streamline the applicant flow from digital verification to IAL3 enrollment, either at a PresenceID location or a Post Office, with built-in fraud signal detection and analysis.
