LBL International Construction has formalized a partnership with MIRAKU Capital & Development Co., Ltd. for the construction of the G.A.T.O Tower in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The agreement designates LBL International as the construction partner for this
high-rise development, with groundbreaking scheduled for June 2026. The project involves a 297-meter tower that will include 472 residential units and a 224-room five-star hotel. The partnership was initially established in November 2025, and the design is led by the Japanese architect Shin Takamatsu. The project aims to integrate both technical and creative dimensions, with LBL International handling the full construction scope and Wise, its design branch, managing architectural coordination.
