Kathleen P. Hansen, a cherished member of the Chicago community, passed away peacefully on December 12, 2025, at the age of 87. Born to Irish immigrants, she was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Hansen was known for her kindness
and loyalty, leaving behind a large family and many friends. Her funeral services will be held at Christ the King Church in Chicago, with interment at St. Mary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations are encouraged to Avenues to Independence and the Adrian Dominican Sisters.
