A search operation is underway for a crew member of the UK Royal Fleet Auxiliary who went overboard off the northwest coast of Ireland. The incident was reported by the Irish Coast Guard after receiving
a distress call from the vessel on Saturday morning. The crew member was last seen late Friday. The search is being conducted with the assistance of the Royal Navy, a coast guard plane and helicopter, an Irish Air Corps plane, and three boats from the Royal National Lifeboat Institution.
