IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed a dual management agreement with Mosa bin Abdul Aziz Al-Mosa and Sons Real Estate Holding Co. to launch Crowne Plaza Al Khobar Al Bandariyah. This new hotel, featuring 232 keys, is set to open in the first quarter of 2027.
Located near the Corniche, the hotel will offer strong connectivity to Dammam and King Fahd International Airport. It will include flexible meeting spaces and integrated social areas, enhancing guest experiences. The signing is part of IHG's strategy to strengthen its footprint in Saudi Arabia, aligning with the country's Vision 2030. Currently, IHG operates 46 hotels across six brands in Saudi Arabia, with 60 more in the development pipeline.
