Prefecture, will undergo a comprehensive renovation to transform it into a premier four-season mountain destination. The renovation will focus on sustainability, using local materials and energy-efficient technologies. The hotel will offer 80 guest rooms and various dining options, including a lobby lounge and a destination pool bar. The project aims to elevate Madarao as an international destination, with the hotel set to reopen in late 2027.
