What's Happening?
The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) is accepting applications for the 2027 Indigenous Fellowship Programme. This fully funded fellowship offers indigenous leaders from around the world the opportunity to enhance
their understanding of the UN human rights system and develop skills to advocate for indigenous rights. The program, conducted in Geneva, Switzerland, includes a four-week intensive training available in English, Spanish, French, and Portuguese. The fellowship aims to equip participants to better support their communities and organizations in promoting and protecting indigenous rights.
