Homeboy Industries, a prominent gang-member rehabilitation program, has initiated a fundraising campaign to raise $100 million for a significant expansion of its facilities in downtown Los Angeles. The expansion will include the Fr. Gregory Boyle Center for Radical Kinship, featuring a new Homeboy Art Academy and additional space for education, legal assistance, and reentry services. The project is designed by Culver City architecture firm KFA and seeks to break the cycle of recidivism by offering hope and opportunities to former offenders.
