Desco Infratech Limited has entered into a strategic partnership with KPI Green Hydrogen and Naveriya Gas Pvt. Ltd. to initiate hydrogen-natural gas blending projects in India's City Gas Distribution (CGD)
sector. This collaboration, formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed on October 18, 2025, in Surat, aims to integrate hydrogen, the cleanest fuel, with natural gas, known for its efficiency, to create a transitional energy solution. This blend is expected to lower emissions significantly without necessitating major infrastructure overhauls. The partnership is structured to leverage the strengths of each entity: KPI Green Hydrogen will produce green hydrogen using renewable energy, Desco Infratech will provide the blending technology and infrastructure expertise, and Naveriya Gas will manage the integration into the CGD network.
