The Mission Motorsport National Transition Event at Silverstone attracted over 2,200 members of the Armed Forces community. The event, one of the UK's largest career and networking gatherings, aims to assist military personnel transitioning to civilian
life. Attendees included veterans, service leavers, and reservists, who engaged with employers and industry representatives. The event featured 209 exhibitors and provided opportunities for networking and career guidance. A highlight was the launch of a Manufacturing Sector Guide to help veterans explore career paths in the UK manufacturing industry.
