San Antonio has been chosen to host the inaugural Texas Space Business Summit in September 2026. The three-day event will take place at the Henry B. González Convention Center, attracting over 2,000 attendees,
including industry leaders from NASA, the Defense Department, and Texas-based space contractors. The summit aims to foster collaboration among buyers, funders, policymakers, and researchers, with a focus on advancing the commercial space industry. The event will feature keynotes, panels, networking opportunities, and live demonstrations of space technologies. The Texas Space Commission, responsible for growing the state's space business, is leading the initiative with support from the Greater San Antonio Chamber of Commerce.
