The tower will encompass 224,000 square feet of office space, 357 residential units, and 6,300 square feet of retail space. It will offer an acre of indoor and outdoor amenities, including a resort-style athletic club, private spa treatment rooms, and a Pickleball court. The Sky Garden, Midtown Atlanta’s largest outdoor deck, will provide spaces for collaboration and relaxation. The project is expected to be completed by spring 2026.
