What's Happening?
Secretary-General Arsenio Dominguez delivered opening remarks at the International Maritime Organization (IMO) headquarters in London during the Marine Environment Protection Committee (MEPC) session. The meeting, held from October 14-17, focuses on adopting global regulations to reduce greenhouse gas emissions from international shipping.
