diagnosed within minutes, rather than days or weeks, at the hospital's 'one-stop' kidney clinic. Funded by Addenbrooke's Charitable Trust and the University of Cambridge, the microscope provides high-resolution images of tissue samples, enabling pathologists to make immediate diagnoses. The clinic's approach has halved cancer waiting times, allowing patients to receive diagnoses and discuss treatment options on the same day.
