Jessica Finn, the head of Cognizant's health, life sciences, and education sector, has been selected as a Young Global Leader for 2026 by the World Economic Forum. Finn, based in Melbourne, is the only representative from Australia in this year's cohort
of 118 leaders under the age of 40. She joined Cognizant in late 2023 after nearly a decade at PwC, where she rose to the position of director of digital transformation. As part of the Young Global Leaders program, Finn will engage with a diverse group of leaders from 55 countries, aiming to address global challenges. The program includes a community of over 1,400 alumni, including notable figures like Cognizant CEO Ravi Kumar S.
