Eastwind Hotels, a boutique hospitality brand in the Catskills, has announced the relaunch of its flagship property, Eastwind Hotel + Bar, located in Windham, New York. This relaunch includes the introduction
of the Mountain House, which adds 12 new design-forward guestrooms to the property, bringing the total to 32. The Mountain House features four distinct room types, each offering unique views and layouts, such as Forest King Rooms and Mountain Studio Suites. Additionally, Eastwind is debuting a new restaurant concept called Dandies, which offers a seasonal, elevated approach to barbecue classics. The restaurant, conceptualized by Co-Founder and Food and Beverage Director Daniel Cipriani, is set within a modern glasshouse with views of the Catskill Mountains. Dandies will serve a variety of dishes, including Colossal Bone-In Short Rib and Cedar-Grilled Steelhead Trout, alongside craft cocktails and custom beers.
