The Victoria School System in Vietnam has been recognized with two prestigious awards at the Asian Management Excellence Awards 2026. The institution received the Vietnam Executive of the Year - Education
and the Vietnam Team of the Year - Education awards. Under the leadership of CEO Jessica Lê Nguyễn Trung Nguyên, the school system has implemented a Flat Organisation and project-based management approach, focusing on trust, shared responsibility, and collaboration. These efforts have led to significant improvements in cross-functional coordination, workflow processing time, staff satisfaction, and administrative workload. The system has also expanded from four to 19 campuses while maintaining educational quality and organizational culture.
