The project was spearheaded by major philanthropic organizations, including the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation and the Ford Foundation, and involved over 100 funders and numerous grantee organizations. The initiative's key projects, Listen4Good and Listen to Community, will continue its mission. Listen4Good, which became a standalone nonprofit in 2023, focuses on helping nonprofits gather and act on community feedback. Meanwhile, Listen to Community, launched in 2025, aims to encourage funders to listen and shift power to communities.
