This new system builds on the established overhead filter press concept, addressing the industry's need for higher throughput, shorter cycle times, and improved water recovery. The MiningMaster ME4 is engineered to handle larger volumes of mine residues, reduce residual moisture, and maximize process water recovery. It features an extended filtration area, accommodating larger filter plates and up to 240 chambers, enabling filtration volumes of up to 60,000 liters per machine. The system also includes a split beam design and a linked plate system for efficient discharge of filter plates, along with an intelligent cloth washing feature to reduce cycle times.
