vacant lot. The initiative is spearheaded by Accelerated Real Estate and will utilize materials from Boxabl, a Las Vegas-based technology company specializing in factory-built, foldable modular housing. Each unit will be about 360 square feet and is expected to rent for $1,000 per month, including utilities.
