Alice Mae Seidelman, a long-time resident of Yorkville, Illinois, passed away at the age of 90 on March 28, 2026. She was surrounded by her family at her home. Alice was the wife of the late Donald L. Seidelman Sr. and is survived by her eight children,
numerous grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Throughout her life, Alice was deeply involved in community service, including roles as a Trustee and EMT Instructor with the Moecherville Fire Department Women’s Auxiliary, and as a leader in various local organizations such as the Olney C Allen PTA and the Girl Scouts. Her contributions extended to working with seniors and participating in community fundraisers. Memorial services are scheduled for April 10 and 11, 2026, at Dieterle Memorial Home and Lincoln Memorial Park, respectively.
