Escapade, a hospitality brand known for its design-led residences and clubhouses, has announced plans to develop a new signature hotel and residences at the Spa-Francorchamps racetrack in Belgium. The project, scheduled to open in 2028, will include a 68-bedroom
hotel and six standalone residences with 23 additional bedrooms. The development aims to enhance the circuit's appeal beyond race weekends by offering high-end accommodation, a trackside restaurant, wellness facilities, and flexible event spaces. The design by Gensler will incorporate local materials and restore historic buildings on the site, aligning with the natural setting of the Ardennes Forest.

The new development at Spa-Francorchamps is expected to significantly boost the local economy of the Wallonia region by creating permanent jobs in hospitality, operations, and events.
