What's Happening?
A Palm Beach house owned by restaurateur Todd Herbst and his wife, Brandie, has been sold for $21 million, surpassing its $20.5 million asking price. The Mediterranean-style home, located at 167 Everglade
Ave., was sold to Everglade167 LLC, a Florida limited liability company managed by attorney Alison R. Percy. The property, completed in 2016, features 6,030 square feet of living space, a pool patio, and high-end finishes. The sale was facilitated by Corcoran Group agents Dana Koch and Paulette Koch, who listed the house in early September. The property attracted multiple bids within the first two weeks of listing.
Why It's Important?
The sale of the Palm Beach house for above the asking price highlights the strong demand and competitive nature of the luxury real estate market in the area. This transaction reflects the ongoing trend of high-value property sales in Palm Beach, driven by its desirable location and affluent buyer interest. The successful sale also underscores the expertise of real estate agents in navigating competitive markets and achieving favorable outcomes for sellers. The transaction may influence future property valuations and market dynamics in the region.
