Sr. Jo Anne Form, OSB, a cherished member of the Benedictine community, has passed away. She was the beloved daughter of the late Carl and Josephine, and sister to Carlene Gerlich, with her other siblings, Frances Peterman and Mary McGill, having predeceased
her. The community is invited to pay their respects during a visitation scheduled for Tuesday, February 3, from 4:30 to 8:00 p.m. at the Sacred Heart Monastery in Lisle, Illinois. A Vesper wake service will be held at 6:30 p.m. on the same day. The funeral mass is set for Wednesday, February 4, at 11:00 a.m., followed by interment at St. Scholastica Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations are encouraged to the Retirement Fund of the Benedictine Sisters, reflecting Sr. Jo Anne's lifelong commitment to her religious community.
