COWI, in partnership with GFT, has been appointed as the construction manager for the Irvine Ranch Water District's Syphon Reservoir Improvement Project. This project aims to expand the reservoir's capacity to 5,000 acre-feet, enhancing the storage of
recycled water for irrigation and non-potable use. The expansion is part of IRWD's strategy to improve water supply reliability and reduce reliance on imported water.
