Genevieve Harper has been appointed as the executive director of the Tuscarora Managed Care Alliance, a role in which she will oversee behavioral health services for Medicaid recipients in Franklin and Fulton counties. Harper, who has been with the alliance
since 2016, was previously the quality and compliance director and served as interim executive director following the retirement of Melissa Wileman. The HealthChoices program, which Harper will lead, coordinates mental health and substance use services for nearly 40,000 Medicaid managed-care members across the two counties. Harper's extensive background includes roles with The ARC of Washington County Inc., Keystone Human Services Inc., and Fulton County Family Partnership, as well as experience as an advocate and trainer with the Autism Society of Michigan.
