Bell is survived by his wife, Anne Veness-Bell, his children, grandchildren, and extended family. His family has invited the community to attend calling hours on June 22nd at Farrell-Ryan Funeral Home, with a private celebration of life scheduled for June 23rd. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Hope Hall School.
