The Astros Foundation, in collaboration with Daikin Comfort Technologies North America, Inc., has opened applications for the Daikin's Most Valuable STEAM Scholarship. This initiative, now in its second year, aims to support local students pursuing higher
education in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) fields. Ten seniors from the Greater Houston area will be awarded $10,000 each, totaling $100,000 in scholarships. The program is designed to encourage academic achievement, personal growth, and dedication to STEAM disciplines. Applications are open until March 31, 2026, and require a 300-word essay, proof of acceptance to a higher education institution, and two letters of recommendation.
