Dubai Business Associates (DBA) has opened applications for its 2026 cohort, offering a fully funded nine-month graduate training program. The program, now in its 12th year, targets high-achieving university
graduates globally, providing training in strategy, business, consulting, and leadership. Supported by Dubai's government, the program is highly competitive, with a 0.5% acceptance rate from over 6,600 applicants last year. Participants gain practical experience with organizations like Emirates and DP World, alongside cultural immersion and industry networking. The program partners with PwC, Capadev, and Bon Education to deliver technical and soft skills training.
