Madarao, will undergo a comprehensive renovation and is expected to reopen by late 2027 with 80 guest rooms. Lime Resort Myoko, situated near Mt. Myoko, will be transformed into a wellness-focused resort, expected to open by winter 2026 with 38 rooms.
