Buc-ee’s Ltd. is set to break ground on a new travel center in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, on October 14. The facility, located at Interstate-24 and Joe B Jackson Parkway, will span 74,000 square feet and feature 120 fueling positions. This will be Buc-ee’s fourth location in Tennessee, joining existing stores in Crossville and Sevierville, with another under construction in Gallaway. The Murfreesboro store will offer Buc-ee’s signature products, including Texas barbeque, homemade fudge, kolaches, Beaver Nuggets, jerky, and fresh pastries. Founded in Texas in 1982, Buc-ee’s has expanded its operations across multiple states since 2019, with new locations in Ohio, Arkansas, and Arizona, among others. The Murfreesboro location is expected to bring approximately 250 full-time jobs to the area, offering competitive wages, full benefits, a 6% matching 401k, and three weeks of paid vacation.
