A new joint venture named Utopai East has been established to integrate artificial intelligence into the filmmaking process. The venture is a collaboration between Stock Farm Road (SFR), co-founded by
Brian Koo, the grandson of LG Group's founder, and Utopai Studios, an AI film and television production company. SFR is contributing capital, creative expertise, and industry contacts, while Utopai provides technology, workflow, and infrastructure. The partnership aims to co-produce film and television projects and expand access to Korean intellectual property for international audiences. The first content from this collaboration is expected to be released next year.
