Rear Admiral Roy Vincent Trinidad, the Navy Inspector General, has indicated that the Navy is in the exploratory stages of developing surveillance methods to monitor these critical infrastructures. This includes capturing detailed images of the seafloor to create profiles and track environmental changes. The Navy is also conducting joint exercises with other navies, including the United States, to enhance their protective measures.
