Dora Hospitality LLC has commenced construction on Indiana's first AC Hotels by Marriott, located at The Union in Fishers District, a suburb of Indianapolis. The project, which began on October 29, is expected
to be completed and open to the public in early 2027. The hotel will feature 135 rooms and will be situated above approximately 15,500 square feet of retail space. It will include meeting facilities, a fitness center, and dining options in the AC Lounge and AC Kitchen. The development is part of The Union at Fishers District, a mixed-use area near Interstate 69 and 116th Street, managed by Thompson Thrift.
