various beverages on oral acidity, finding that while sparkling water can lower oral pH, its impact is less severe than that of soda. The research involved testing sugar-sweetened soda, regular sparkling water, calcium-fortified sparkling water, and plain water in 20 adults, measuring salivary pH to assess the immediate effects on oral acidity.
