What's Happening?
ScottishPower Renewables (SPR) has partnered with Accenture's subsidiary BOSLAN to oversee the manufacturing and quality control of key components for the East Anglia TWO wind farm project in the North Sea. This project, located 33 kilometers off the coast
of Suffolk, is set to feature 64 turbines capable of generating enough clean energy to power one million homes. Offshore construction is expected to begin in 2027, with the wind farm becoming operational in 2028. BOSLAN will provide expertise in infrastructure and capital projects, ensuring the timely and quality delivery of components such as offshore and onshore substations, wind turbines, and cables.
