LBL International Construction has formalized a partnership with MIRAKU Capital & Development for the construction of the G.A.T.O Tower in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The agreement designates LBL as the construction partner for this high-rise development, with groundbreaking
set for June 2026. The project involves a 297-meter tower featuring 472 residential units and a 224-room five-star hotel. The partnership, initially established in November 2025, includes LBL's design branch, Wise, managing architectural and engineering development. The tower's design is led by Japanese architect Shin Takamatsu, with completion targeted for Q4 2030.
