Hospice of Orange & Sullivan Counties successfully hosted its 19th Annual Golf Classic at Osiris Country Club in Walden, N.Y., on August 10. The event saw a sold-out field of 100 golfers, making it one of the organization's most successful golf fundraising
events in recent years. The tournament generated close to $75,000, which will directly support Hospice services across Orange and Sullivan Counties. Participants enjoyed a day of golf followed by a cocktail reception and an elegant dinner. Eric Gastik, President and CEO of Hospice of Orange & Sullivan Counties, emphasized that the event was more than just golf, highlighting its role in community support for patients and families during difficult times. The success was attributed to a network of sponsors, including presenting sponsor Resorts World, Green Jacket Sponsors Thomas and Janet Sullivan and the Kaplan Family Foundation, and various other contributors.
